About the product

What is Review Us, in one sentence?

A customer review tool — a pulse on your business. One private link your customers tap to leave a 5-second star rating and optional comment, and an AI that reads every comment and turns the words into a monthly action plan you can actually use.

Why a 5-second rating and not a long survey?

Because nobody fills out 19 questions. The instant you make feedback feel like work, customers bail and you learn nothing. Five seconds is the most you'll ever get from most customers, so we built around that — one tap, optional comment, done. The customers who want to say more do. Everyone else still gives you a rating.

How do you turn comments into a report?

Our AI reads every comment your customers leave. It surfaces the patterns — named staff people praise repeatedly, the specific complaint three people made last month, the exact words customers use about your business. Then it turns that into a monthly Customer Insight Report: what to keep doing, what to fix, and three specific moves to make this week.

Is this allowed by Google?

Yes. Every customer sees the same private feedback form, with a one-tap link to your Google profile on the thanks screen — a standard pattern that's fully consistent with Google's review policy.

How does this actually move revenue?

Two ways, stacked. First, internal feedback tells you what to fix before it becomes a 1-star public review — so your average rating climbs. Second, happy customers get a one-tap path to leave a Google review — so your review count climbs. Both push you up in local search. Harvard Business School ran the numbers on 70,000 restaurants: a 1-star bump on Google is worth about 9% more revenue.

Why do Google reviews matter so much for my business?

Google ranks local businesses on review count and average rating. When someone searches "dentist near me" or "hvac in [city]," the top three results get about 70% of the clicks. A competitor with 80 reviews will outrank a better business with 12 — every time. Most owners under-invest here because the connection is invisible. It isn't.

How is this different from sending people straight to a Google review link?

A Google review link drops your customer into Google's full sign-in flow. Most people bounce before they finish. Review Us is a five-second star tap that doesn't require an account — and the comments customers leave become the data we analyze to tell you what to actually fix. The Google review is the side effect; the intelligence is the product.

02

Setting it up

How long does setup take?

Usually under an hour of our time. Your branded link is live within one business day of payment.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your business name, a link to your Google Business Profile, and an owner email for notifications. That's it. We handle the rest.

Can I change anything after launch?

Yes. Email us what you want changed — your displayed business name, the Google profile link, dashboard owner email, etc. — and we'll push the update within a business day.

Do my customers need to download an app or make an account?

No. They tap your link, see the rating page, and submit. No account, no install, no friction. Works on any phone.

03

Data and privacy

What data do you collect from my customers?

A star rating, and optionally a comment, a name, and a contact (email or phone — your choice which one). That's it. No tracking pixels, no analytics, no ad networks, no third-party scripts.

Where is the data stored?

In a Postgres database hosted on Supabase, in a US region. Only you can read it from the dashboard, which is locked to the Google accounts you authorize. We access it for maintenance and to generate your monthly report.

Do you sell or share my data?

No. Your customer data is yours. We don't sell it, license it, or use it to train anything. It powers your dashboard and your monthly insight report — nothing else.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export every submission as a CSV before you cancel. After cancellation we keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then we delete it. You can also ask us to delete it sooner.

04

Integrations and tech

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, as an add-on. Run it on reviews.yourcompany.com instead of reviewus.me/your-business. We handle the DNS pointing and the SSL.

Does Review Us connect to my CRM?

Not natively today. The CSV export covers most use cases. If you need automatic syncs to a specific CRM, tell us which one — it's on the roadmap and we prioritize tools our customers actually use.

Is there an API?

Not a public one yet. If you need programmatic access to your submissions, get in touch — we'll talk through what you need and what we can ship for you.

05

Billing and limits

Is there a contract or a free trial?

Month-to-month, cancel anytime, no contract. No free trial — but the live demo at reviewus.me/dashboard/demo/report is real product with 200 sample submissions, so you can see exactly what you'd get.

What if I go over my submission limit?

We bump you to the next tier when you cross the limit three months in a row. No surprise overage charges.

Can I run Review Us for multiple locations?

Yes. Each location gets its own branded page and its own dashboard. Additional locations are $25/month on top of your plan.

Do you offer refunds?

Monthly fees are prorated if you cancel mid-month. Setup fees are not refundable — that's real labor we already did to get your page live.
