Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime — you keep your data via CSV export.
Why do you charge a setup fee?
Because we do all the setup work for you. We customize the rating page for your business, hook it up to your Google profile, write your question and thank-you copy, and configure your dashboard so reports start flowing day one. You don't touch anything.
How long does setup take?
Usually under an hour of our time. We'll have your branded link ready within one business day of payment.
What if I go over my submission limit?
We'll bump you to the next tier when you cross it three months in a row. No surprise overage charges.
Can I move from Starter to Pro later?
Yes. Upgrade any time — we'll prorate the difference for the current month.
Who builds the monthly insight report?
It's generated automatically from your real customer feedback on the 1st of each month. The Pro tier includes the standard template; the Custom tier includes a quarterly briefing call where we walk you through it live.
Is the customer-facing page branded for me or for you?
For you. Your business name and Google profile front and center, no mention of Marketing Lions on the page customers see. The dashboard says "Powered by Review Us" in small print at the bottom — pay the white-label add-on to remove it.
